What you will do

As a Marketing Director, you will develop and lead Marketing function for Europe. You will be responsible for Field Marketing, B2B & Account based marketing and Demand Generation.

You will be also responsible for enhancing our Enterprise/ABM efforts, scaling our demand generation program, and determining the strategies, tactics, and resources needed for accelerating our growth.
Additional responsibilities include managing external agencies and internal resources, creating demand creation programs for direct sales, and building/ managing shared demand creation processes with our partner sales team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop Marketing function in Europe
  • Lead demand creation strategies and programs, including digital campaigns, global field and event marketing, and multi-touch demand creation programs that leverage inbound and outbound tactics for both prospects and customers.
  • Plan and execute field marketing programs in Europe
  • Manage budget and ROI transparency, including upward management to gain acceptance of plans and budgets.
  • Responsible for the strategy and ROI of our worldwide marketing programs, determining where to place the investments to maximize our revenue and set the local field teams up for success where applicable. Help drive strategy and optimization of messaging, calls to action, and content journeys for our personas, in regards to what’s used in-market to attract our audience.
  • Coordinate the activities of global cross-functional teams for local impact
  • Work comfortably and cohesively with the globally distributed sales and biz dev team
  • Create strong local relationships with regional partners, professional associations and trade groups
  • Manage multiple activities, obligations and projects with ease
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our business lines, customers and value proposition, communicate them clearly and effectively
  • Bring local and regional insights to the global marketing team – and optimize global initiatives to local and regional conditions and audiences

What you should bring

  • 10+ years of field marketing experience in any of the following arenas – B2B software or technology products, specialized business or professional services (including management consulting, IT services, BPO services)
  • BA/BS degree from a top-ranked university or college. Degrees in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, MBAs all a plus. Or, impress us with a combination of education and related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in process, campaign and program management
  • Experience working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Expertise and experience in account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Must have creative problem-solving skills, analytical skills, high energy and unflagging determination
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences.
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast- paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • Multiple European language skills a plus
