What you will do

The Digital Transformation Manager will drive the enhancement of end user digital experience across our European and global GEP client base through content standardization, simplification and automation. They will guide and support client teams to continuously develop and improve buying content, including product / service catalogues and contracts and improve digital capability to proactively advice end-users. The responsible person will work closely with our newly established Global Digital Centre of Excellence that will be responsible for driving digital excellence across our client base & will liaise closely with our account teams on delivery.


What you can expect to be responsible for in this position:

  • Content Strategy Development and Implementation
  • Content Enablement: Support account teams and build global capability to continuously increase and enhance guided buying content, including buying catalogues and contract content. Proactively advise end-users on purchasing options, policy and guidelines – making a better experience for infrequent users and improving compliance. This includes the use of AI, virtual assistance and predictive analytics to support users with buying recommendations
  • Coordination of global content management projects (digital adoption implementation, chat bots, catalogs and contract implementation and management)
  • Digital buying optimization - work with client teams to leverage user and buying channels, to identify, prioritize and implement opportunities to improve customer digital experience (e.g. chat bot interface), buying channel compliance and automation through the GEP SMART platform.
  • Identification of Process and Technology Enhancements
  • Transformation of manual processes into truly digital users experience
  • Acts as bridge b/w the account and GEP workstreams​
  • Support Product Roadmap: Work closely with our guided buying product team to identify opportunities for additional product features to support GEP and our clients realise their digital procurement goals.
  • Coordinate global team assuring efficiency and results

What you should bring

  • Business Process Management
  • Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, TQM
  • Robotic Process Automation Implementation (50+ projects successfully implemented)
