What you will do

Job Description:

  • Responsible for operational accuracy of deliverables
  • Tracks work for team associates and track operational performance on day to day basis
  • Drives process compliance
  • Supports on Continuous improvement processes for efficiency
  • Works in conjunction with the team lead to achieve team goals
  • Train new team members on client specific processes and ensures training material is up to date
  • Provide route cause analysis for escalations.
  • Conduct regular defect analysis for both escalations and internal quality checks
  • Subject matter expert on client tools and process
  • Guide / support team in meeting SLAs
  • Ensure all quality parameters for the for process are meet
  • Supports team management in reporting
  • Ensure process documents are updated and accurate

What you should bring

Requirements:

  • In depth knowledge of procurement management processes and best practices
  • In depth knowledge of client purchase to pay processes
  • Order Processing / Invoice Processing Experience
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills
  • Flunecy in English and French or German (both written and spoken)
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Should be able to handle escalations both within the team and from the client side\
  • Knowledge of P2P end user functionality
  • Reporting experience
  • A VALID WORK PERMIT FOR EU IS REQUIRED
