ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Amsterdam, to support our procurement function. The role will combine end-to-end recruitment, recruitment marketing and other strategic initiatives related to firm building and recruitment excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience.
• Influencing and engaging stakeholders to ensure that candidates have the best possible interview and recruitment experience.
• Covering roles part of GEP’s Procurement, Technology, Managed Services portfolio (strategic & operational procurement) for UK&I & Europe.
• Being actively involved in Campus and Internship hiring for Europe
• Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
• Designing and executing recruitment marketing activities
• Experience in Recruitment - ideally 2-3 years
• Using direct sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, job boards, etc)
• Experience of having sourced in a busy/demanding multinational organization
• Collaborative approach: works effectively with stakeholder, and diversity in formulating the best recruitment approach to achieve what matters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interviewing/assessment skills and ability to influence and close candidates in highly competitive situations
• Must be business fluent in German.
