What you will do

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver impactful, customer-centric product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value and technical capabilities.
  • Leverage storytelling techniques to translate complex features into relatable narratives tailored to client use cases and industry challenges.
  • Work with sales teams and prospects to understand business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes; formulate solution strategies addressing these requirements.
  • Design and articulate solution architectures for procurement digital transformations, covering source-to-pay, supplier management, and integration with ERP systems.
  • Develop and document technical solution designs, user stories, and demo scripts aligned with business outcomes and product strengths.
  • Lead and participate in customer workshops, requirements gathering, and technical discovery sessions.
  • Stay current on procurement industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape, especially in European markets.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure demo environments reflect the latest features, configurations, and value-added scenarios.
  • Support the sales cycle from solution qualification to contract closure by providing technical validation and addressing objections.
  • Assist in the creation of RFP responses, proof-of-concept initiatives, and post-demo follow-ups.

What you should bring

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 6+ years’ experience in solution architecture, sales engineering, or pre-sales roles within procurement, supply chain, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong grasp of procurement processes and platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Oracle, etc.).
  • Proven experience conducting software demos and workshops using storytelling to engage audiences and illustrate value.
  • Ability to translate customer pain points into tailored solution narratives and demo storylines.
  • Analytical mindset with an aptitude for mapping business needs to technical solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, data mapping, cloud platforms) is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
