What you will do

We are looking for an Assistant Manager based in Toruń, to support our procurement function. The role combines end-to-end recruitment, recruitment marketing and other strategic initiatives related to firm building and recruitment excellence. You will partner closely with business leaders to design and deliver recruitment strategies that drive growth, efficiency and a strong talent pipeline.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including role sourcing, interviewing, offer management and onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning and hiring priorities with company goals and performance objectives
  • Design and execute recruitment marketing activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and implement process or technology improvements that elevate the TA function
  • Plan and execute recruitment projects and initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder alignment and timely delivery

What you should bring

Our expectations from you are centered around your recruitment expertise & our core values:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how talent strategies contribute to organizational success
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong sense of ownership to your work and the company
  • Ability to leverage recruitment data and metrics to drive insights and performance improvements
  • Fluency in English
  • Availability to work on hybrid working model in Toruń (3x per week in the office)
