What you will do

This role is responsible for driving the company's direction and engagement by proactively managing BPO and advisory sales to large (>$1BN revenue) enterprises. They will prospect, qualify, sell, and close opportunities for new GEP customers. The position involves executing sales strategies to boost GEP's revenue through proactive identification, engagement, and closure of opportunities, including building and managing Executive-level relationships, typically with Chief Procurement Officers, Procurement Director, or their Supply Chain peers. Responsibilities include networking, prospecting, qualifying, forecasting, selling, client workshops, bid and offer management, account planning, pipeline management, and reporting.

  • Build the GEP brand and network of CPO contacts across Europe
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with executives and deal teams, as well as associated legal and financial intermediaries, to optimize ongoing sales and repeat orders.
  • Manage sales across the assigned market and/or geographic territory to promote enterprise-level agreements.
  • Responsible for showcasing GEP capabilities to prospects.
  • Prepare and execute sales strategies for the qualifying leads.
  • Work with sales management, project management, customer service, and the marketing team

What you should bring

  • Demonstrated success in selling to large/ complex Enterprises
  • Proficient in building relationships across diverse seniority levels, ideally in procurement
  • Strong consulting, communication, and presentation skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Must be business fluent in English – additional business fluency in German is desirable
  • ​Track record of thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Can collaborate with clients & develop tailored solutions.
  • Strong networking skills and active social media presence.
  • An excellent understanding of eProcurement and/or Supply Chain solutions across a broad industry background is desirable
